The Italian Greyhound

The Italian Greyhound is the smallest of all greyhound breeds and belongs to FCI Group 10: Greyhounds. The standard specifies a size of 32-38 cm and a maximum of 5 kilograms. They can also be kept in an apartment and are easy to train. However, they are real greyhounds and have a lot of temperament. A short sprint in the open field or a visit to a racetrack is the greatest thing for them. They are extremely capable of learning, playful and cuddly. Each of them has a great personality. They are short-haired and come in black, gray, blue and isabel colors. They love contact with their own kind and are generally not aggressive at all. They also smell and shed very little. They appear very noble and bright in their appearance. The important thing is that they absolutely love the warmth and should be dressed appropriately for the weather if it is cold or wet.
